Flexible scaled fabrication capacity
With more than 8,500 square metres of state-of-the-art production halls, fitting shops, warehouse and dedicated testing facilities, and a further 30,000 square metres of storage space, and direct quayside access, our fabrication capacity can be flexibly scaled to meet our clients’ needs.
High-end welding processes
Our two construction halls are fully equipped with high-end welding, coating, machining, alignment and inspection equipment. We offer all welding processes including SAW, GTAW, FCAW, STT and SMAW, and qualified procedures available in a broad variety of wall thicknesses and diameters for pipe, plate and forgings.
Equipped to meet all fabrication needs
Our certified in-house welders, welding inspectors and fitters have access to MPI, DPI (M)UT and radiography, and can carry out welding and inspection to the requirements of ASME, API, DNV, AWS and Lloyd’s Register meaning we are equipped to meet all your fabrication needs.
Ensured 100% weld traceability
With our in-house developed welding systems and tools, we can ensure live 100% (weld) traceability throughout the entire production process starting from incoming goods to final NDT. We also have onsite post welding heat treatment capabilities, including full data registration.
Easy access to waterways
Our production and storage site is strategically located on the Hollands Diep River just 30 km south of Rotterdam, and provides easy access to major European waterways and the North Sea. Quayside load out is by mobile cranes and RoRo loading wharf for large and heavy constructions.
